Tom Fenwick grew up in Adelaide, Australia where he dreamed of traveling the world. After graduating from university in the USA, he returned home to Australia and began planning his next overseas adventure. By some magical stroke of luck he ended up in Toyama, where he has settled and kept himself busy teaching English, making friends, raising a family, trying local cuisine, getting out and about, and enjoying life ever since.

Hello. My name is Charlie Sakai.I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa and spent 6 years in London where I studied TEFL. It was there that I met my future wife and moved to Toyama, where I have lived for 20 years. My goal is to help students open their minds to a new language (English) and to give them the opportunity to practice and learn with confidence.English is a useful tool for communicating and achieving dreams in a global society. I am very happy to see my students grow and bond through their learning experiences.Toyama Prefecture is a very beautiful place, and I enjoy cycling in my free time.
